Biography

Diana Wint Ricketts has been a dedicated family nurse practitioner since 2006, with extensive experience across various clinical areas and patient age groups. Over her 15+ years with ̨SWAGUniversity, she has worked as a family nurse practitioner for University Healthcare and served as a clinical instructor for the undergraduate nursing program. After completing her DNP in 2015, Diana transitioned to an adjunct faculty role in the Department of Graduate Studies, Nursing, and became a full-time faculty member in August 2022. She continues her work in adolescent and geriatric health while consulting on the preceptorship of family nurse practitioners, believing that interprofessional collaboration is key to addressing global health needs.
